Do you ever find yourself in another person’s home that is decorated with a great fall aesthetic? Do you then go home, look around, and think about how boring you are because you have no decorations? You may not be boring, you just need help with design! Well, if this is you than you are reading the right post. It may seem simple decorating for the fall, but that doesn’t mean it will always look good. So that is why I have come up with 10 different ways to pumpkin spice up your home.
1. Decorating Pumpkins

I know you may be thinking, “I’ve never seen that!” or “Who would of thought of that?” Well for all of you that may not yet be impressed, you will be surprised because there are new, modern ways to decorate pumpkins. You can do this by simply writing, stenciling, and painting.

2. Spray Paint Leaves
Spray painting leaves can give your home such a unique feel. Plus I can guarantee you that most of your friends will not have this in their own home. I mean, unless they are cool enough to read this blog too!

3. Decorate your Fireplace
It is finally that time of the year again, when you can actually use your fireplace! Why not sit down on a Sunday night by a warm fire, with hot cup of cocoa? But wouldn't you want your fireplace to look festive also? Well here you go! There are many different decorations you could use from this post to put on your fireplace.

4. DIY Antiques
If you have any old antique vases, cups, or anything lying around, this is perfect. This also could be a good way to decorate your mantel. All you need are some leaves (fake) or flowers, make sure they are a fall color, and have an antique to put them in.

5. Outdoors Ladder
Is the outside of your house just boring? Here is a very simple way to add some color to the outside of your house! You could add many things onto this ladder, but it is a good way to display those pumpkins you worked so hard on carving.

6. Mason Jar
This is an adorable way to add decorations to anywhere in your home. You could add these onto your mantle, accent tables, or shelves. All your need is paint, leaves, ribbon, cut out letters, and flowers! There are also many other ways you could create a festive mason jar!

7. Centerpiece
If you are the one who typically hosts the thanksgiving dinner, here is a cute way to impress your guests. Instead of the old idea of a vase with fake flowers, why not put something a little different on the table?

8. Vases and Pumpkins
This idea is probably one of the simplest on the list. It could be added to any place in your home, even outside on your porch! All of this could also be found at your local dollar store.

9. A Leaf Wreath
This is a fun DIY that anyone could do! This decoration would be best at your front door, so you could give your guests that wow factor before they walk in. This also would look good with the gold painted leaves mentioned earlier in the post.

10. Framed Letters
Love to scrapbook or want try to it out? Well, here is an easy way to start! This idea is very simple and cute, and could also go in many different places in your home. Personally I think it would look great on your mantle or hung up on a fall themed gallery wall.
